Criminal Trespass In The First Degree Attorney Surprise Arizona

Illegally entering or staying in a fenced residential yard is a class 1 misdemeanor, punishable by up to 6 months in jail and a fine of up to $2,500.

 

Criminal Trespass In The Second Degree Attorney in Surprise Arizona

Criminal trespass in the second degree is where a person enters or stays in any building (other than an apartment building or house) without permission. A person who enters a fenced in the business yard without permission may also be charged with the crime.

Criminal trespass in the second degree is a class 2 misdemeanor, punishable by up to 4 months in jail and fines of up to $750.
