Attorney Robert Moon
Robert Moon has extensive experience evaluating and litigating complex commercial business matters. His many years as a commercial litigator provide him with valuable insight, and his unique expertise and understanding of the law enable him to be a powerful ally for clients facing family conflict.
Robert’s distinct ability to work well with opposing counsel and clients to resolve disputes is where he excels. Robert sees that too often clients think they need a lawyer who will fight no matter the cost, but more often they need a lawyer who can balance legal issues with practicality. He finds the leverage to achieve what’s right for his clients and creates an amicable result while staying above the fray of the emotional components of each case. Robert finds purpose and satisfaction in achieving favorable results that improve his client’s position.
Robert encourages clients to share their story with him so that he fully understands the details and issues that are important to them. Once he has complete comprehension of the situation from a client’s perspective, he then fills in the gaps with valuable advice and knowledge about how a case will proceed.
Born in Newport Beach, Robert lived in Southern California until the age of 10. He then lived in Washington state until graduation and headed to Utah for college. Robert received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah, with a double major in psychology and political science. He graduated from law school in 1999 from ASU.
Robert, his wife, and four boys enjoy spending time traveling, watching baseball (they’re huge Dodger fans) and escaping to the mountains.
Quote: Teddy Roosevelt: “Far better is it to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure… than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much, because they live in a gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat.”
Vacation: Italy, Armenia, France, and England
